Will ye get the fuck of it. Great band. I said it before and I'll say it again, the Holy Bible is one of the finest albums of the 1990s. And their latest offering is savage too.

This thread reeks of shit (taste in music). The Manics seem to be getting a hammering lately around here. Why doesnt Coldplay get its own thread? Theyre the abomination and should be hung drawn and quartered for crimes against music and murdering people's ears with the driveliest dirge of Satanic proportions.

Plus Chris Martin is a complete wannabe hollywood cretin...'Apple' my arse.

I do quite like Clocks though...Ugh, I feel dirty.

Anything by them?

Even taking it back 20 years, Motorcycle Emptyness is a cracking tune. They've a huge catalogue of songs. If nothing they've written appeals to you your musical taste must be extremely narrow.

A 'Bloor' was absolutely essential in a thread like this. And when I say thread like this, I mean cock.

Oootini, please bloor the shite outta the PROC and save it from the inevitable death by Threads-Started-By-Mongoloids mud-slide thats washed all the decent posters away.

I can't believe this thread has made it this far and managed to be about the Manics (good for Generation Terrorists and The Holy Bible at least) and Blur (some good tunes, some bad ones).

Now to really get going, Boom Boom Pow by the Black Eyed Peas. The worst song by a truly shockingly bad band.

not necessarily
i'd say their musical range is quite narrow
large back catalogue doesn't guarantee quality or variety/depth
just sales

I'd still find it hard to believe that anyone thought every single song from that back catalogue was terrible.
