Awwww Richie you're not one of them areya? Give it time. I don't think it will pass the first time around but one of the few good things about the GFA is once it happens the first time it can happen every 7 years afterwards. I am in my late 30's but I'd say I will see it in my lifetime please God.

The sentiments expressed in the OP seem to be in tune with the Stephen Nolan radio show yesterday and Spotlight on BBC tv last night. Ordinary people in the north seem disgusted by the playacting of politicians on all sides.

Nothing like a good crisis to deflect attention away from:

a) known and ignored paedophilia in your political party

and

b) gay-bashing, bible-devouring, milfs taking black money from developers and giving same to 19 year toyboys before humping them.

Dead right, but it must be said it's come a long way from 'just stick a pound of semtex in yer man's car' to 'we're befuddled about this power-sharing crisis' in terms of a diversion.
