Have they lost the essence of their ethos? After all their recent spate against the government in trying to defend the fatcat trade unionists standing up for the bylarge fatcat salaries of public service workers is unlamentable. It is a far cry from the days of the 1913 lockout when Big Jim Larkin was protecting the real underpriveledged worker's rights. You cannot bring a social revolution about by rolling out the trojan horse of being concerned about affluent middle class rights.
