View Full Version : John Terry what a prick

If Michael Owen is a prick then what does that make John Terry?
Threatens to move to another club in order to get himself a bigger contract and then when it doesn't work out comes back saying "Oh I was always dedicated to Chelsea, the club is in my heart etc. etc..."
I know players talk to other clubs as a ploy to squeeze more money out of their current clubs but Terry has made a big deal of being "Chelsea through and through" and that he would never even consider playing for anyone else so he is full of shit IMO.
Truly there is not a bigger wanker playing in the Premiership than "JT".
Ancelotti should have taken the Arab's money and told him to fuck off (although I know it's not his decision).

Micheal Owen is still a bigger prick i.e. "I couldn't wait to put on the Red Jersey!"

Did he threaten to walk out or did he just keep schtum and let market forces (...the market has been skewed bizarrely by Real Madrid & Citeh admittedly) dictate that Chelsea needed to "show him the love" and stump up even more for the pleasure of seeing england's captain flail about like a cheap action movie extra every saturday?
Personally given his injury record (which is only gonna get worse, watch this space), age and the bloated transfer fee being mooted I'd have been tempted to offload him if I was Chelsea...only Abramovich's ego would never allow it.
Michael Owen isn't in the same league as Terry.
If there was a league table of pricks
Terry=Man United
Micahel Owen=Crewe Alexandria.

Owen was an Everton fan as a kid...just because he played for Liverpool up to 5 yrs ago does not make him the preserve of Anfield now...anyway, the fuckin scouse scumbags and their fat twat of a manager had their opportunity to get him for free also, but failed to take it...so Fu*k the scousers and their begrudgery...they are only terriified that he will hit 25 goals plus this season and become the bargain of the decade...

Owen was always a class A wanker and now he's living it. Fergie and Owen are a perfect match.
Terry played the market... chelsea should have sold him... they are a gutless club though.

No one player is bigger than the club.
Chelsea have again showed that the Russian Crook and the club have zero principles. Terry signed a contract and used the Rag Heads to get more money. He is a total mercenary just like Tevez - It shows how thick the English Fans are that that these 2 prats even try to profess their love for the clubs and loyalty to the fans.
Its disgusting.
At least Manchester United refused to renegotiate contracts with Tevez and Ronaldo.
It just plain stupid to even compare Owen to Terry. Owen was a free agent and would have been mad to turn down United - Terry on the other hand was the Chelski Captain and the self proclaimed heart and soul of the club.
They should have taken the Rag Heads money.

100% with O Bama on this, JT is still the biggest prick in Premier League.
And Owen is a good striker had a hard time with injuries but still a good player to have in the bench!

I haven't seen any begrudgery from genuine Liverpool fans in relation to Owen's transfer to Man United.
Owen gave Liverpool a fair few good years of quality service and should be commended for that but he's a shadow of the player he used to be (when he had his main asset intact) and most fans are not bothered in the least that Rafa was not interested in taking him back to Anfield.

The only reason Owen is disliked by Liverpool fans is for the manner in which he left the club. I remember they played a pre season friendly after he left (or maybe a champs league qualifier) and the fans were chanting 'Michael Owen is a f*cking asshole' for a few minutes at kick off.
Poor form imo seeing as he gave them his best years.

Incorrect. He was never very popular at Liverpool. Mike ain't a team player... never was. He is only interested in himself. He will score goals for manure... but lets see what happens when the WCup approaches... he will put country before club always.
Rafa is right again.

JT is just a prick. plain and simple.just his general behaviour eg, mocking americans over 9/11, using disabled parking spaces, pissing in nightclubs etc.but not especially for looking for more money. they all do it. i'm sure they're some players that have genuine feelings for the club they play for,but not many.how many times does it have to said. it is their job thats the way the footballers see it.
wayne rooney left everton the moment he saw a better deal.lifelong blue and all that

You are nearly correct. "Mr Liverpool" is Jamie Carragher though. It is also disingenuous to include Gerrard with the above.
As Mick Lyons would say... "nearly" never bulled a cow!

why so? he handed in a request ater kissing the bird on his chest as the song says.negoetiated with chelsea etc etc. i remember the press conference where he announced he was staying with his beloved liverpool. he looked about as happy as a man having his two front teeth extracted by a demented dentist.

So why did he stay? Everybody looks at their own career which is fair enough.
Where did you hear he negotiated with Chelski? He thought about joining them for sure... but negotiating a deal is a different thing.
He stayed... and is honourable for doing so. Ronoldo and Tevez ran. hehehee

Ronaldo since the start of the rumors he told to the press and Alex that he had a dream to join Real, he stay 2 more years after the start of rumors and he told the press in uk and in Portugal that if he doesn't join Real he would stay in Man U, I don't get the point he is a prick and is truth but he never hide he wanted to leave to Real and after all Man U got 93Millions for him, thats a good deal to everyone.
Don't compare Ronaldo to JT or Tevez he still had balls to told everyone he wants to go to Real and never hide from no one.

As a United Supporter, I'm disappointed that the club has lost Ronaldo moreso because the over-heated transfer market ruled out bringing in a good replacement.
But I can't criticise Ronny. Most Spanish or Portugese Kids dream of playing for Barca or Madrid when they are growing up - the same way as kids here on in the UK dream of playing for United and in the old days, Liverpool.
Ronny contributed hugely to fantastic success at United and the club made ahuge profit on him. He left home as a young lad to pursue his dream at Sporting and who can blame him for wanting to play at Madrid.
I agree fully with you - Ronaldo was honest - John Terry is two faced and the Chelsea fans will be fools if they are taken in.
Most citicism levelled at Ronny to due to jealousy.

Well I'm back from Vegas and while my liver is in the forensic labs, I have to say regarding John Terry...:
PHEW!!!!
Overrated tosser choker windbag. Never wanted him in the first place and I can't understand City even going after him. Good player but not worth what they were willing to shell out on him. I'll take Lescott/Toure any day. Both for less money than they were going to pay Captain Chelsea too.

True but Carvalho is older and looking slightly past it (needs a move)
