Smashing game, shows how good tyrone are too that they swatted derry away. That banner the monaghan fans have is class. it should be a t-shirt or something!

I think Derry will have to find a happy medium between the attacking style they played today and the defensive style they played up to now.
Don't forget they conceded 20 points.

Monaghan full back line woeful all day - made Derry look beter than they are - don't think Derry will trouble a very good team - Anthony Lynch, Michael Shields wouldnt give the Bradleys an inch - their hads go down fast too (particularly the younger one, Owen).

couldn't believe what I was watching, a high scoring game between two Ulster teams.

However the final result was proof that skill will nearly always win out against brute force, Monaghan just aren't that good no matter what way you look at it and no matter how much RTE like to big them up.
