Were there punishments for losing games?
Did the player deemed to have been the worst in a training session or game have to carry out a forfeit?

Aye. It's good news that Ga is back training. Likewise that Brian Murphy is back, especially with (most likely) Joe Canning + IVX Other Guys in the next round.

But yeah... rugby....

I can put over 18s only in the thread title if they're a little x-rated, if that will ease you worries.

I thought that was not so much a forfeit/punishment as a rite of passage for the collar up brigade to be honest.

eh, no. never had that done, even on tour, bodily fluids are a no go area.

the standard is the 'dick of the day' would have to put on a gimp suit for the night at the SU bar and drink only dirty pints

i can see you breathing heavily;
anticipating some kind of soggy biscuit story or something.

it was the same as gaa in my experience,
shame of letting down the side was enough.

you'll have to look elsewhere for your pervy kicks edmund (lamps)

Fair play, Liam. You have more balls than the rest of the jocks put together.

rugby season is not over, we still have the curry cup, Air NZ cup, tri nations

The Jerry Flannery hair being more important than time keeping woudl be a good example of a kangeroo court punishment

I'm in my 21st year of playing rugby and no, I've not seen anything yet.

My rugby season has just begun, I've the scars to show for it...

erm, that's the SH lad, the NH season is over (unless you call preseason training 'in-season')

Bangor just said the season was over, he didnt mention Northern or Southern Hemisphere. I for one will watch all games so rugby is always in-season. Granted the bandwagoners might not be too interested when the tabloids are not running stories on it.
