I've only ever watched it once on television and didn't really understand it.
Probably because I was drunk in a bar in New York.
But is it worth getting in a few beers for the game and roughly what time will it start and finish ?
Thanks.

( slag away as much as you like, by the way. )

It's only worth watching if you have at least a bit of an idea of what is going on.

Thanks for that.
One quick question - I understand that the quarter-back is important and he's trying to throw to one of the fellers running forward.
How does the other side get possession of the ball so they can attack ?
I'm willing to explain the laws of cricket if anyone is unsure of anything by the way having spend a few years over in the UK.

1.the team funble the ball/throw interception.
2. the team turns it over on downs.
3. punt the ball away.

Thanks - I'll give it the first hour to see if it makes any sense.

Okay - try this one.
How many runs are scored if the ball hits a helmet that has been left behind the wicketkeeper on the ground thereby preventing a boundary ?
