if paulie does not get lions captain it will be the biggest injustice in world rugby to only be matched by david wallace not being in the match day 15

It is probably between Jones and O'Connell for the post whoever performs best in the Six Nations will be the Lions captain

Lets see what Arland do in the 6N first, POC should be happy with a starting place considering his record and performances in big games

O'Connell is still frontrunner, martin johnson was made captain when he wasnt captain of england, theres a precedent.

I reckon Jones would be front runner after the grand slam, all depends on what happens in this years 6 Nations and on how well Jones and Wales play

McGeechan said before the last tour to S.A. that the reason he picked johnson as catain was because he wanted his man looking down on the S.A. captain.
John Smit is roughly 5'10" so we're looking at someone taller than that. In other words everyone thats not called peter stringer

Too early to say really, realistically only Jones and O'Connell really with someone like Simon Taylor for the midweek team.
