"d'fhoghlaimíomar"
That is the standard form and the most common written form.
"d'fhoghlaimear" may be okay, I think it's in use but there's only one sample in Google.
"d'fhoghlaim muid" perfectly okay in Connemara perhaps - but this is a Cork forum. That form would never be used in spoken Munster Irish to the best of my knowledge.
I'm open to correction.

''D'fhoghlaim muid'' is used in every Gaeltacht apart from Munster.
