For once this Saturdays action and especially the quality undercard make the pay per view offering worth while.
Some cracking fights to be seen.
Rogan(Northern Irish winner of prizefighter) v Audley Harrison
Amir Kahn v Oisin Fagan (irish american)
Enzo Macarenelli V Alvarez (alvarez a replacement fighter for the injured Banks unfortunately)
Should be a good nights entertainment.
Hope De La Hoya doesnt get well beaten to be honest, I fancy Pacquiao to win despite the fact that De La Hoya's training looks to have gone well.

I think Pacquiao will take this as well.......he'll be flat out for the 12 rounds, and I don't think de la Hoya will be able to handle that......he usually tires towards the end of his fights anyway and Pacquiao will be relentless.
Not really too excited about the other fights tbh......Oisin Fagan is just a pawn in the game to make Kahn look good again. Audley Harrison is possibly one of the most negative fighters I've ever had the displeasure of watching. Enzos fight might be ok, Alvarez seems to have an ok record, but probably just a a handy fighter to make Enzo look good as well.
What fights are on the undercard in the US...usually a few decent ones there?

Agreed.
I already have the supplies in for a long night.
I'm particularly looking forward to see Harrison dumped on his fat lazy arse by Rogan who is a Belfast taxi-driver by trade.

Did the long night for the hatton fight. This time I'm taking the easy road and getting up at 9am for the repeat......just the fights and small bit of commentary....none of the hours and hours of bollox talk this time around.

De La Hoya is like twice his size. Surely he can't keep losing these "super fights" and still have people interested in seeing him fight....

Still think he deserved the win against Mayweather. I suppose he is just a very likeable guy and in a fight is always entertaining ie he gets stuck in.

pretty much, im torn between the two actually as both seem like top blokes and manny does amazing things for his people and is so down to earth(see him singing the karaoke with his wife on 24/7:)) and oscar is a top bloke too but i guess it comes down to this, hatton will fught the winner and i would love to see hatton v Pacquiao but just cant see him beating de la hoya who will be to big and strong for him, de la hoya to knock him out round 8!

I'm gonna go with Sky cause they are promoting it with 24/7......... unless they are doing Setanta a favor ;)

one reason why oscar lost to pretty boy floyd????? mayweather never lost his amateur guard.
other than that .,,,,,,,, close enough fight,,,,
realistically manny isnt even there
what about paul mc closkey from dungiven co derry though?????? tough as fuck.
lynes shook his head goin to the corner,,,,,,,, got the shite beat outta him. them derry boys know how to box. delighted for him. and my pocket 11/8 the better. hey hey thank you.
so the winner of oscars fight goes up against hatton???? that was gonna happen after the de la hoya v floyd fight... then it collapsed......
be realistic.... its all golden boy productions and by god oscar will kill hatton. anyone think lil ricky will hit a knock out kidney punch on oscar?????? cos he definately wont get past his arms to land a punch on his face......
but he WILL receive them

Old Man De La Punchbag.
My heart broke watching De La Hoya getting such a beating - clearly he has nothing left.
Did anyone catch Audley Harrison???Is this guy actually off his game the whole time? After the defeat he started coming out with bullshit like im still going to be champ of the world - this guy takes the biscuit altogether. Lost to a guy from the down the local.
