Interesting speakers. Any chance this will end up on youtube of even somewhere as a readable transcript?
At least UCC left out Prof William Reville, Biochemistry Department, who made a fool of him self in the examiner this week (which he often does) by suggesting that the right to life of the embryo starts where we are able to start telling a story about it. LOL. Then he dishonestly backed himself up with the Slippery Slope Fallacy. Not good.
A Prof trying to use the Slippery Slope? What is the world coming to?

Embryonic stem cell research is essential for finding cures to various deadly diseases such as different forms of Cancer. It's good to see positive movement on this issue. Well done UCC! You made the right decision!
