Hey People, i live on Washington Street and every morning i wake up i can see the town fly by (cheesy i know) One thing that pisses me off is the cineplex building which is a fantastic building with so much prospect.
Its just sitting there decaying, and every now and again you will see 2 or 3 idle builders walking around inside thrashing the place.
So i am just wondering does anyone have any feed back on what the council have decided to do with it? All the neighboring shops have closed down beside it aswell? Is rent expensive on grand parade? i imagine so.
It would be great to see a new venue in place of the cinema. It would light up the crossing between washington street and Grand Parade.
I know there is so much history and nostalgia behind this cinema so it would be great to hear some feed back on its current destiny.
