Hi lads,
I knew the answer to this brainteaser before, now I've forgotten it, please help me out.
Which past/present Liverpool players have Premiership/Premier League winners' medals?
I am convinced I heard the answer before and it was correct, and that there was one player from each of the teams (Blackburn, Arsenal, Chelsea and United) in it. I know three of them (will post that later), but am stuck on the player who won it with Chelsea.
Is there one, or is it just three after all? Myself and my buddies are tearing our hair out!

Don't think so.
"Zenden spent the whole of 2003/04 on loan with Middlesbrough. He was Boro's fifth signing of the summer of 2004." Chelsea won first one in 2004–05.

and Zenden could have been a chelsea player in his first year.
He went on loan befiore they bought him so that could be your four..

From www.liverpoolway.co. uk:
"In summer 2001, with various clubs chasing his signature, Bolo chose the Premiership and Chelsea where he signed for £7.5m. This was in the days before Chelsea had their vodka-daddy and the only medal he got for the Stamford Bridge outfit was a loser's medal in the 2002 FA Cup final."
"Chelsea had been the only club he hadn't won silverware with but at 'Boro.."
Those three are right btw. I hope I'm not just driving other people mad here now, but I heard the answer before and it made perfect sense!

There is only three surely?
My only other thought was Pennant, but he surely wouldn't have played enough to get one for Arsenal?
An gary McAllister was in the old division one.

Hey lads,
Ya, I've looked at the squads and it looks like it is just three http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_football_pla yers_with_a_Premiers hip_medal . It was probably Zenden that I heard the first time, and it made sense, but with further research ain't the case. I checked Pennant too, you're right, he didn't play enough games for Arsenal to earn a medal.
Sorry for messin with ye're heads lads, we can all rest easy now I think.
Hopefully this time next year we can add another 20 or so to the list :)
