ive just lived there for four months, and to be honest, its good english but it doesnt sound natural. he's not speaking like them though, hes just being a bit of a moron.

I was there earlier this year visiting a friend, it was my first time there and I was surprised by how well they all spoke English, it also put me to shame for not knowing a foreign language.

But still here he is acting like a moron as you rightly say.
