All the players in the premier league were actually owned by the premier league and there was some sort of fantasy draft or auction taking place yearly. Salary caps would be there too but dictated by the clubs turnover....This would really rejuvenate the art of management... No longer could you just buy yourself victory....or in my teams case 10th place!!!!! Instead the reward for good decisions at managerial level would be magnified and the clubs that are managed efficiently would excel.........my club would be playing in the championship along with West Ham and Newcastle next season if this was the case...but it would still make far better viewing

They already have it. It's called the MLS. It can only work without relegation so I would immediately be against it.
