The player. Why dos RK think he can succeed where Errikson and Robson failed?

He'd be the most talented player at the club if he does go to Sunderland. Despite some instances of immaturity from the guy at times you can't deny his talent & there's a reason why Trap is so desperate to get him back into the Irish set-up (...other than the fact that we have a pants squad)

ok, didn't know there was talk of that....he could be a handy player, but there will always be doubts seeing as he is a bit of a nut job...

What do you mean? Are you saying Keane should just be giving up or something?

A lot of good players have issues
Think it would be a good buy he is a ball player and a step up on some of the midfielders he has
Although, how Man City, with clear ambitions to be a MASSIVE club, can afford to get rid of some of their few good players (Ireland, Dunne and maybe Richards and Johnson), i just don't know
Mark Hughes will be a coup for them if they can get him
Hope it doesn't happen though

If Hughes goes to Cieth, will he tolerate Ireland?

It would be as stupid a decision as when Souness left Blackburn for Newcastle. Stepping into a mess and probably not satisfying the owners without a top 6 finish. That is no longer easy in the Premier League. It can't be for the money cause Hughes could have gone to Newcastle who also always make funds available for players. In fact judging by what Eriksson got fired for I would say that the Toon job was easier!!
Now if Chelsea come in for him............
