Only person I've ever heard use it, over and over and over and over, is Johnny Giles.

Just googling there, first thing that comes up is some Mormon, oddly, then Johnny Giles.

Bear in mind I haven't lived in the country for 10 years, lads. And only very rarely see RTE football coverage.
