I'd say we actually played better football under Hughes than the Pool did over the last few years. People only seem to remember the bully boy tactics Sparky used in desperation at the start to make sure we survived. Once the ship was steady we played great football a lot of games. I can't remember Liverpool playing an exciting brand of football on many occasions over the last few seasons.

most of the supporters are totally brainwashed dummies, some of the half-wits were celebrating when Alonso left, not realising he was a key to their good form last year, and they were cheering Rafa for his great "business" in selling him at a profit!!! Those same donkeys were cheering Houllier for years and thought UEFA cups meant something marvellous in the era of CL football! And any reasonable discussion will end in loudly chanting 5 TIMES, WE won it 5 Times (what do they mean WE, none of them were playing) to be followed by moronic endless chanting of You'll Never Walk Alone, like that means anything.
