expected him to be a hit,said to the brother at the time that 3.5m would be a shrewd bit of business.

next season he can be judged properly,mccarthy and doyle have struggled after fine debut seasons in the PL.

Presume you mean Derby? Haven't checked out the stats but some truly terrible teams do stand out, notably Swindon's sole premiership season and a few terrible turn-outs from Sunderland

Actually, here's the stats...looks like Derby are well on their way to topping the lot! Awful stuff, guess the increasing poor records of relegated teams is due in part to the growing gap in wealth between the two divisions.
