what a joke, and jocks have the gall to go on about the likes of Frank Murphy pulling stunts to get lads off suspensions, that animal should be in a cell by right

Good for Ireland , bad for those in the IRB who claim to ophold the rules of the game

Relax twinkletoes, should you not be more concerned with the fact there may be no stick fighting this weekend? Doesn't look good for you. At least the Irish rugby players are willing to play i suppose..

Anyway get in there Jerry!

Yeah 8 weeks was a bit harsh since we can't say for definite he meant it, plus i think his record in the past has to count for something.

4 weeks is correct as it was reckless, but only Jerry knows if it was intentional.

No.We all know it was intentional.

His past record isn't great,he always does that kind of thing but rarely gets caught

This latest episode only highlights the shambles that is the rugby disciplinary procedure

We all know it was intentional? Sorry buddy i don't know it was intentional as i am not a mind reader. It may well have being intentional but i don't know for definite.

Anyone who has seen it and doesn't KNOW it's intentional is either blind or Jerry Flannery

Again you are so definite and dogmatic. So if we don't agree with you we are either blind or else Jerry Flannery. Well i am going to be brave here and tell you i am niether blind nor am i Jerry Flannery. I suppose next up is you are stupid if don't know it is intentional.

If believed in karma, I'd say JF will get injured and miss the HEC quarter final. I'm happy he's back, but there's no way his suspension should have been halved, shocking.

But do you think it was the right decision?

It is indeed more likely that it was intentional. However i am saying we don't know that for definite and therefore cannot prove that is was intentional, hence reckless use of the boot for 4 weeks and that is fair. We can't be making major decisions like this on opinion even if sometimes it is very likely that is is correct.

Like with Julian White incident, Julian was definitely intent on punching MOK there a few weeks and that was definite from the video.

Look at my post above. 4 weeks is fair as it has not being 100% proved that is was intentional. Kind of maybe like the difference between murder and manslaughter. Can be tough to prove murder sometimes. Jerry is only getting 4 weeks due to his word in court and his good previous record.
