2 for man city. 1 for blackburn.
my boy petrov is ripping blackburn a new one.

does a player like petrov get an assist even if the defender scores an og from his cross?

nope. that goes to petrov without a shadow of a doubt.
hes been immense. not played one bad game. not one bad half. nathin. the guys been a total legend. torres has been better than santa cruz.

Prince?

Kaboul has had a rough start but has potential

Pizarro has not been great

Ben Haim looks the worst for me though

Interestingly, he was the defender burnt by Torres when the Spaniard scored against the only really top team he has scored against

He has been very good but he is hardly buy of the season

He cost a lot of money and was well known to everyone for years
I think he is gonna be a top top player but wouldn't be getting to excited about making teams like Derby look average, he was snuffed out against much better defenses like United and Arsenal

Santa Cruz is a great buy in fairness, a bit one dimensional, but boy can he head the ball

Elano was off the radar when bought and Petrov has been superb-the Yak has got a few goals now too and Anderson has been very good for United

Kaboul has had a rough start but has potentialKaboul will be fine. Hopefully King can have a good run in the team and the two of them can form a good partnership.

Prince?

Ben Haim looks the worst for me thoughEhhhhhh, are we forgetting a certain player that cost 16 million to sit on a bench?

The Prince is a fine player by the way.

Yup, agreed

Defensively, the Ramos era will be interesting i think he will get them sorted

King fit will be a great boost

I wouldn't be suprised if he bought a defender or two in

(O'Hara looks okay too in fairness further up)

Who?

Edit-Darren Bent

Think he is a very good player silly price though, unfortunate now that he is not a Ramos signing

United have Nani and the likes not starting for big money, it is essential for a team like spurs to have good options

Robbie Keane is the top scorer in the calendar year while Berbie is Berbie and Defoe is still worth a few goals

haven't seen much of Prince presumed you meant him

and lest us not forget Joey Barton

Over-rated player who is spending the next few days locked up

Of the Man City players with dubious qualities last year, Sven defo kept the best one with Stephen Ireland

alan smith and joey barton have both been piss poor. jose enrique cost newcastle 6m and has only started one or two games.

pizarro is a strange one. he goal average with bayern is a lot better than santa cruz's but he hasn't looked sharp with chelsea. maybe it's something to do with how they (chelsea) play, or maybe when certain players hit the almost thirty mark they find it harder to adapt.

in fairness its been torres on his own against those teams. no wingers worth noting and not a second striker worth caring about makes his job all the more difficult
