Exactly...well, a HC Semi or Final anyway. However, that scenario is unlikely to occur...

ya very little hype around the city for it really...unless now in the few days up to it there will be....but cork have had little sucess (apart from the ladies) this year...so come on, our last chance at silverware.....c'mon City

Big game for Cork...win it and we get silverware and European football next year...enough incentive for a big turn out surely...
Playing Cobh at 3.30 sunday down there as a warm up ...

Pretty confident this time...we really should have more than enough to handle longford, even allowing for Mooney...but then we have the Beast...

Doubtful if City wil be wearing the new strip for this game. It was held up in customs and excise and awaits clearance in Scotland.

They will be wearing the all white with green hummel arrow trim they wore yesterday in the friendly against Cogb down in St. Colman's park..not a bad looking strip at all (even if it is just an interim measure)
City needed that game time yesterday badly - a 2-1 loss showed up a lack of sharpness but in fairness to Cobh they look a tidy enough side ...

So you pick the province of Munster over the city of Cork?
Disgraceful.

It's a sporting choice...and as city are my second soccer team of sorts...then yes, yes I would if it were a HC semi or final....
