WE ARE BACK, After 5 months in exile in the Slainte bar this Saturday the 20th of October sees the return of The Craichouse to its spiritual home of the LV. :p

Time: 9.30pm
Venue: L.V. bar, 55 MacCurtain St, Cork

To celebrate this event we are offering you the chance to see the finest Cork city and county has to offer in comedy for FREE.
Yes that is right, for the princely sum of zero euros you will get to see,

Alan Hurley
His hobbies include Comedy, Drinking, Music, Drinking, helping the poor of India, Drinking, Staying in and Drinking, Films, not Drinking in preparation for a night of Drinking.
”Come and see me to simply acknowledge my existence and talk to me, or even at least pretend to talk to me, you don't have to listen or anything, just give even the slightest acknowledgment that I am there, just to help my self esteem. I HAVE FRIENDS,” – Alan Hurley (he had been drinking).

Dylan Holland
Dylan has burst on to the cork comedy circuit and has quickly gained a reputation for having a very professional style and some brilliant jokes. Do not miss him.

Eoin Keegen
Eoin was the first winner of The Craichouse "Craic me up" comedy competition which was held this year to find the best new comedian in Ireland. A rising star, watch this space

Seamus Burke
Séamus hails from Co. Clare but has been an adopted Corkonian for almost 7 years now,he has gigged in Cork, Waterford and Galway and his take no prisoners, shock tactics style of stand up comedy is not for the faint hearted, a guy who truly lives by the motto "Grab the mic,hit the stage and say whatever the f*!k you want" , fasten your seatbelts for a taste of the original Burkishdelight....

Jamie O'Shea
One of the stars of Des Bishops joy in Da Hood, jamie has been the regular M.C. for The Craichouse while in exile. His high energy and quick one liners have made his one of the new comedians to watch out for.

Tim Hadfield
New-age hippy, Tim Hadfield, one of the stars of the Craichouse comedy club, has been around since the beginning. His strange view of the world and his life experiences combine to make him one our most interesting comedians.
Tim lives in West Cork where he practices his material by talking to plants and hugging trees. Craichouse are not sure which ones.

Murph
His interests include wrestling bears, punching wolves and shark-boarding. He can often be seen battling oxen to the death, or tying small mammals together and throwing them at pensioners. He is an Aries, and has a strong interest in urban mating rituals. Oh! and he is funny.

And finally your M.C for the evening will be
Johnny P
Johnny was ousted from a potential part in Lord Of The Rings over what were termed "creative differences" with the director, Peter jackson. The real reason, he is a shit actor and he was too tall.
That was the Craichouse's first break because on returning he tried his hand at comedy. The second break we got is that Johnny was also funny. His quick off the mark comedy has made him a favourite M.C. of the Craichouse. John’s a mainstay of the Cork Comedy scene, performing at the LV, Nancys, The Half Moon, and Fermoy, before taking over the Tikki Lounge night. He’s also performed at Revolutions in Waterford and at the Cats Laughs in Kilkenny. Watch this space, He will be big (in comedy)
