Nice try suggesting "the so-called basketball fans" do not know their stuff.
Quite a lot is spot on and indicative of a sound knowledge base.

Be more than happy to answer any questions on it though for starters comments need to come with a minimum belief that teamsystem can actually work and be effective.

A useful lead may be to take respective Cork Teams and look at the and apply teamsystem principles.

Sure...Go online and discover what the possibilities are for what may be ailing your dog.Keep an open mind initially and if you feel comfortable enough to do it without consulting a good vet (apply remedy)...do it...if however your pet,s condition deteriorates rapidly ,rapidly take it to the nearest vet.
