See if the ref is as lenient as the semi finals.

Cork need a stickler and/or someone who won't be bullied. Bannon again would be a disaster, remember that cunt Brian Green, jesus he hated cork, gone to hurling now i think.
Pat McEneaney I suppose would be the man, though I would be that up to date on refs and reffing styles

Goldrick from Meath I think.
Thats all we need, another fucking Meath man to deal with on AI final day.

Its a bit early to be blaming the ref already isn't it.

It makes you wonder.
Why couldnt they have picked a ref from Galway or the North even? I think after Cork beating Meath, having a Meath man ref their next game is leaving the GAA open for a bit of trouble should he have a disaster.

Yeah and he reffed them V Armagh last year and also in the league final.
Can't remember him at any Cork games. Kerry got two big calls late in the game against Monaghan off him. Up to that point he was alright though.

Dirty Dara kicking a guy in the head(and he does nothing by accident) for Kerry to go down and kick the winner made up for everything in that game.

I read last week in some paper, I think it was the Indo, that McEnaney will ref the final.
Any thoughts on whose gonna win?
Up the rebels!

I see your point but the same could be said for the ref in the Kilkenny v Limerick gamec. Put a Cork man as the ref! Seemed a bit like he could have swayed Limericks way if you get my drift!

Get your facts right. It was his brother Tomás who PUNCHED the winner in that game.

are you slow as well as fat?
I never said the dirty one scored the point, i said he KICKED someone in the head. Big deal if Tomas kicked or fisted
Then Pit said on the Sunday game that it was ok, seeing as Kerry had a goal disallowed, it evened itself out. Nothing to see here, move on, etc etc
Try and keep up

Ah he's really an Offaly man living in Cork. Sure why would he have any anti-Kilkenny bias ;)

Not at all, Lamps. Maybe your post should have read:

Lads, is this the Cork footballer's biggest ever match? All-Ireland final against the animals like. Or were the finals for the double in '90 or '99 more important games? What do ye think?

Different eras, methinks. But I would say this is Cork's biggest game since the final in 1990.

The football finals of '99 and '90 were bigger games than this simply because the double was at stake. This one isn't bigger but is the biggest since.
I would agree with those who say an AI won by beating Kerry in the final is equivalent to three won against any other county.

I know that. My point is there aint much love between them which is on the same scale plus we had the whole 30 versus 29 thing going on!

Defo the biggest game ever for the footballers individually. Big for Cork in 99 and 90 but biggest for the footballers NOW!
