James Masters will be a huge loss and it represents a chance for Dan Goulding to show his under 21 potential on the senior stage. I happen to think that our subs bench is fairly limited. i also believe that a host of new talent has been opened up since last weekend.

With the hurlers out of action, surely Billy could freshen things up by bringing sean og, sully, gardiner, curran and kenny into the football setup! these guys have been among the top performs in the county championships in recent years and i believe would boost our prospects considerably

wishful thinking. The footballers are fine, there's no need for panic. Our defence is as good as any around and if we can use Cussen more and have two forwards working off him inside, we'll get scores. The goal last week came from that kind of situation, but we just didn't do it enough

Cussen had 5 assists for scores against Sligo. Proves he does have an effect but the question to be asked is could cork better those 5 scores with a different option.

on including the hurlers i cant see it happening either but there should be nothing to stop it from happening

scrumy, the hurlers may be good club players, but most of the starting 15 have been playing together for a good while now so would be a way better than any of the hurlers you mentioned. Also, maybe the hurlers might want to go back and concentrate on their own club games rather than going off playing football.
