The live show follows the popular TV format as seen on Channel 4 with loads of audience participation and madcap improvised comedy sketches featuring some of the most popular characters from the English TV series. This time around its Stephen Frost (who shot to fame in the Carling Black Label ads and Blackadder / Mr Bean rides again / The Young Ones / Have I Got News For You? / Never mind the Buzzcocks etc), Andy Smart, Richard Vranch & Steve Steen. They are regulars at London's Comedy Store & have performed at all the major festivals....Edinbur gh, Glastonbury, Melbourne, Montreal & have recently returned from a sellout run at New York's Gotham Comedy Club.

Ed Byrne’smaterial is famed for its quick fire wit and acute insight into a world that’s clearly mad from his sane vantage-point. His observational stand-up is regarded as unrivalled; instinctively sensing the ridiculous in everything, Ed treats his audience to a torrent of sharp social satire that never fails to disappoint.
After making his TV acting debut on the sitcom phenomenon, Father Ted , Ed has since garnered a raft of major broadcast credits , including five US appearances on Late Night With Conan O'Brien (NBC), The Stand Up Show, Live At Jongleurs, Graham Norton, Don’t Feed The Gondolas, Mock The Week, and recently on a comedy special of The Weakest Link. He also hosts RTE’s Just For Laughs and is a regular on The Panel. But like all great comedians whose first passion was - and ever shall be - he saves his best stuff for the stage, to which many happy punters who attended any of his six sell-out Edinburgh Festival runs will testify to!
