Or just a tad senile? Hmmm..... On USA '94:
On the eve of the World Cup Fifa changed the rules so that the goalkeeper could no longer pick up the ball, and that knackered us up completely.

This being a rule which dated back to August 1992, as I'm sure you'll all recall.

What about Packie and Razor on the Miriam O'Callaghan show the other night?? At one stage Razor said:
