I just cant see it happening to be honest.
It would require us beating the Czechs away, despite being unable to do so at home when everyone was singing the team's praises for their performance.
Then praying that Germany beat them and Slovakia get something out of them while we hold Slovakia to a draw or beat them.
I'm usually full of optimism for Irish teams, but not this time.

I've been half-watching the Denmark Sweden game with my Danish flatmate and his Swedish mate, and it's been a cracker 3-3 ...after Sweden were 3-0 up at halftime, 10 minutes to go.

...the ref has just given a penalty to Sweden and sent a Danish player off, ...looked dodgy, then a Danish fan has come on and given the ref a slap, and the officials have gone off!!!! ...match abandoned possibly...going nuts!!

edit ...update, a danish fan has gone all the way up the pitch and scored!!!
