Attention Cork Comedians..Meeting.

A meeting for all stand up comedians here in Cork will take place on Monday 23April at 8pm, the venue is yet to be decided, but will be announced. The purpose of the meeting will be for local comedians to give their input in to the forth coming Cork Comedy Festival. Dave Dineen of the festival will be in attendance to listen to what the comedians have to say and possibly take on board any suggestions they may have. He will also give us some insight in to what the festival will be about, this will be a great oppertunity for local comedians. If time allows it I would also like to have an informal chat with comedians and we can discuss the current state of comedy here, what we would like to see, suggestions or any problems we may have with regards to gigging or our routines. Comedy is starting to grow here in Cork and it is going to get way hugh and we need to start getting our act together. Any queries you can contact me most of you will have my number or e-mail me. So dont forget Monday it should be good, keep the faith.
