.

(cont.) .................of the buzz back.
Hopefully Rio's injury is nothing serious, ....another fairly jittery performance from Heinze of giving the ball away and clumsy challenges ..but he's from Argentina and a nutter so all is forgiven.

I decided to have an early evening nap instead of watching watch this ....Looks like it was a good decision. I feel very fresh

I watched this and Man City v Liverpool after a train journey from Dublin and a late late night last night-bad idea:)

I was actually fuming when I realised that RTE were showing that game. Had bore draw written all over it. .

As for United , I'm sure they were good to watch but likewise was very easy to predict.

Great last half hour from Blackburn, and a great last ten minutes.

Good to see extra-time, ...the only other things I wanted were a few injuries and suspensions.

Pretty much sums it up

Blackburn should have finished Chelsea i suppose, but they got tired and Chelsea probably shaded it in the end
Carvalho looked fucked at the end a half hour they didn't need

Czech was the best player on the park

We did pretty well today. I was very happy with the second half showing considering we were still asleep for most of the first. Pedersen had a great game (really should have buried that header though) I thought but I'd agree that Cech was the best player on the field. You really have to get lucky or have an amazing finish to get past the guy. The Blackburn players can be proud of their performance I just wish we could have got that second goal. Chelsea were there for the taking but it's the final most neutrals wanted I suppose. -AmadeusDC-

Can't believe i still call him Czech:)

Yeah there was serious pride restored in the 2nd half, think Blackburn hit the post twice and they were the far better team then

Pity Dunn came off (Hughes obviously thought he was tired and he has had his injuries, plus could have made a dodgy tackle and got sent off)
He played really well though
