firstly i'm waiting for someone to tell you there is a motors forum, but its shit so i wouldnt blame ya posting here ;)

the golfs are reliable out and solid like, then again the coupe and mx 5 or sporty, although mentioning the word coupe to insurance companies can be damaging...the focus is flawless too, so many on the road, not everyone can be wrong.

04 focus was my first car, traded it in to split it into two cars, he got the H-accent, i got the Lupo 1.1... it hates me..

but i hate it too...but dont tell it..

Focus. Best value you'll get for under 10.

Wouldn't get much of a hyundai or mx-5 for that money. Especially coming up to summer. I've seen buckets advertised for 5 recently. Golf has better residual values but slightly boring in my opinion versus the focus being cheaper but more exciting. Personally I'd go for the focus.

Boy racers such as myself would often buy cars, do them up with our exquisite taste and knowledge of where to get cheap parts and what'll sell well. Then sell it on for a hefty premium. Been wanting a Lupo or Seat Arosa for a couple of months now. Look fantastic when they're done right and very cheap to do. Biggest wheels it'd take, especially when lowered and kitted would be 16s anyway (fairly small/cheap)

Buy a golf, corsa, clio or a fiesta.

No use in having a car with a big engine if you are not going to be using it for long distances.

Way to expensive on insurance and road tax.

Thats fair enough but to be honest i can't see the reasoning behind paying stupid money for tax and insurance on big cars when there is no need to.

Just my opinion but sure i'm sure the other fella can't wait to sort it all out for you.

What you both need is to see what I saw at the start of this year and for most of last year a man whos life was cut short due to smoking heavy most of his life, he hadn't smoked for the last ten years of his life but by then the damage was done his lungs were so bad he was placed on oxygen which over time he became dependent on and eventually he progressed to 100% oxygen. Basic things like climbing stairs to use the toilet and answering the front door became practically impossible for him. Every movement caused him to lose his breath which he always took longer and longer to recover from. Then came the hospital trips which he hated but he needed round the clock care. The trips to the hospital were frequent and sometimes he was there for weeks at a time until eventually after months of care and oxygen his heart became weak and gave up.
Its a terrible thing to see somebody fight so hard but lose so badly.
In the end I thanked God he went so peacefully.
