Numerous Artists have performed Billy's songs including The Fallen Angels, Mandy Murphy, and Fiona Kennedy, and in 2011 West Cork singer, Jessie Kennedy who recorded a haunting version of Billy's song 'Skintight' on her debut album 'Field of the Wicked.' Another of Billy's songs 'Party' can be heard in the 2010 Radio1 documentary There Was Love 2011 saw the release of Billy's first solo EP '25 Ways'. The EP was produced and recorded by Cormac O'Connor at his Maple Rooms Studio and consists of three original tracks. '25 Ways', 'History Trains' and "This Old Life". June 17th 2012 saw the release of Billy's debut solo album This Old Life.
