Sam Visits Dublin

It could be you! Join Sam Maguire and some special friends at a Special Olympics fundraising event prior to the Cork vs Dublin Allianz National Football League game in Croke Park. All funds raised will help send 126 Special Olympics Athletes to the World Summer Games in Athens in June.

Come along before the Cork vs Dublin Allianz National Football League game, meet the Sam Maguire Cup, enjoy some finger food and a GAA panel discussion before the match starts at 7.30pm in Croke Park. We've also got a raffle with some great prizes

All funds raised will help send 126 Special Olympics Ireland Athletes to the 2011 World Summer Games in Athens this June.

Date: Saturday 19th Feburary 2010
Venue: Roots @ The Big Tree, Dorset Street
Doors Open: 4.30pm
Admission: Adults €15, Children Free

Details: about the 2011 Special Olympics World Summer Games: The 2011 Special Olympics World Summer Games will take place in Athens in June. This is the biggest world level sporting event for people with an intellecutual disability and Ireland will be represented by 126 athletes.
